- Pray for evangelism urgency and for growing momentum for 1 Story, 1 Verse, 1 Person.
- Discuss 2016-2017 WIGs and lead measures.
- Focus each team, campus or department on important and strategic things.
- Introduce the Communication Playbook.
- Develop the team and reinforce our Guiding Principles.
