Dr. Mondonico Williams
Lead Pastor
The Pursuit Church, Memphis



Mondonico is proud to be a native Memphian and serve as Co-Founder and Lead Pastor of The Pursuit Church Memphis. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Memphis, a Master of Divinity from Mid-America Seminary in Cordova, TN, and a Doctor of Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Mondonico’s doctoral research examined African-American pastoral leadership in the multiethnic church. His research led to the development of a multiethnic church leadership workshop for African-American pastors and pastoral interns and extends to all who have the responsibility of training and developing African-American multiethnic pastors.

Mondonico spent eight years of his life in the United States Navy as an aircrew-man and he is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom.

He married the love of his life and high school sweetheart LaToshia in 1998. Together they have two daughters, Mykenzie and Mykilei, and a son, Kylen. As parents, they are diligently raising their children to be disciple-making world impactors for the glory of God.

As Lead Navigator for Auxano, Bryan has a strong bias toward merging strategy and creativity within the vision of the local church. He’s had a diversity of experience in just about every ministry discipline for more than 12 years.

With his experience as a multisite strategist and campus pastor at a 3,500 member multi-campus church in the Houston Metro area, Bryan has a passion to see “launch clarity” define the unique Great Commission call of developing church plants and campuses, while at the same time serving established churches as they seek to clarify their individual ministry calling.

Bryan has demonstrated achievement as a strategic thinker with a unique ability to infuse creativity into the visioning process, while bringing a group of people to a deep sense of personal ownership and passion.

Dayna Street
Women’s Ministry Director
Bellevue Baptist Church, Cordova

Dayna is the Director of Bellevue Women at Bellevue Baptist Church in Memphis, Tennessee.

Dayna is a founding board member and Secretary of ARISE2Read, a nonprofit that focuses on literacy in the inner city. She is also the cohost of Memphis Women with Donna Gaines, a weekly radio program that encourages women to be catalysts for spiritual awakening in Memphis and beyond. She also serves as editor and co-author of several Bible studies.

A native Memphian, Dayna received a Bachelor of Arts from Christian Brothers University and a Master of Arts in Education from Union University.

She and her husband Bill have been married for 37 years. Bill is the Minister of Discipleship and Evangelism at Bellevue. They have two sons and one adorable grandson, Silas.
